I haven't yet flown in South America with FTXG, but I am sure someone who has will reply. While I am not 100% sure, I believe FTX Global would fix your issue (Although I am not 100% sure as I am not sure if they would just replace the default desert textures with modified desert sand textures and you would still end up with a desert base texture. Luckily, FTX bought out FTX Blue and regions for the rest of Australia which fixed the issue. When I first loaded up FSX 7 years ago and found Sydney, Australia looking like the middle of the Sahara desert I was bitterly dissapointed.
Do they improve generic textures areas for South America / Brazil, for example? Should I expect less desert areas in Brazil?
